Ordering is easy and secure on our site. Simply click the "Add to Cart" button to place an item in your shopping basket. When you are finished, simply click on "Shopping Cart" or “Checkout” to proceed.

If you have any questions concerning our products or your order, please feel free to contact us. Our Internet customer service representatives will be pleased to assist you with product advice or to answer any of your questions concerning your order.

All products displayed on this website are offered while supplies last. The prices displayed are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States.

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of each item on our website. Occasionally, however, a typographical error may occur, and while we strive to portray our products as accurately as possible, the colors of some items may vary slightly. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.


PERSONALIZED ITEMS

All personalized items are final sale and cannot be cancelled once the order is placed. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of any personalized or custom item. Due to ongoing delivery delays with various carriers, shipping deadline cannot be guaranteed.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and PayPal for payment of online orders. Your credit card is charged as soon as your order is placed.

SHIPPING

Orders are generally shipped within 3 days after your order is processed and they normally take an additional 3 - 6 business days to arrive. It is important to note that these are estimated shipping times and are subject to availability of products and/or manufacturer's availability. If a product you have ordered is out of stock or on backorder, we will contact you with a shipment date and you can decide to either keep the order as is, cancel the item or cancel the entire order. Occasionally issues arise that may lead to additional production time, such as our manufacturers experiencing a backup in production. If this is the case you will be alerted as soon as we are made aware that a problem exists. If you need to verify stock information and availability prior to placing your order, please contact customer service here.

Personalized items do take longer because they are custom-made to your specifications. Refer to the product description page for approximate shipping times. Custom, Personalized and Special Order items are not returnable or refundable.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours.


Holiday Order Schedule

Orders must be placed before December 10th in order to arrive in time for Christmas delivery. Any orders placed after December 10th risk arriving after Christmas day. This does not apply to Custom Personalized Items - these items have specific cut-off dates, usually during the first week of December. Feel free to contact us with any questions on approximated delivery dates.


RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt. Please note: Custom, Personalized and Special Order items are not returnable or refundable. If you need to return an item, contact us with the order number, the item you are returning, and the reason for the return. Upon receipt of this information, we will send you a return authorization number. Securely wrap the item, include a copy of your invoice stating the reason for the return, and send it insured to us at:

Eligible Items for Return
Items must be returned in their original packaging in unused condition. Soiled/used items will be refused and returned to you at your expense. Returns on eligible rugs that are not defective will incur a 25% restocking fee. Refunds are issued in the original payment form and price, less original shipping and handling,* re-stocking fees, and return shipping charges.

*If for any reason you need to return an item that included free shipping, the refund you receive will be for the item price minus our standard shipping cost. The only exception to this policy is if an item received is defective, in which case it will be replaced with no additional shipping fees. If you would like to exchange your free shipping purchase for another item that also has free shipping, a standard shipping charge will be added to the item being returned and the new item will ship for free. Please note, we will refund you the amount of your order minus the original shipping costs.

If your order was damaged in shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt of the merchandise. Keep all original packing materials for review by the shipper.
